Gary Doucet leads the Practices for D4iS Solutions and is responsible to ensure they work together in an integrated approach to give our clients an unparalleled enterprise management capability. Gary is an IM/IT/EA executive with thirty years in the business including several years as Canada’s Chief Architect. He has led business and technology architecture for some of the largest projects in the Canadian Government. Before joining the civil service he had 20 successful years is the private sector as a technologist and project manager. He has managed business change projects, EA Programs, software product development, pan-national reference models development, ERP Projects, IT Standards, IT Security, and many other aspects of IM/IT. He has represented Canada at international bodies and is an active leader of international and national industry associations. He has been an author or contributor to several publications and professional journals. Gary has been recognized as a thought leader and often, by invitation, presents to venues around the globe on EA, e-Government, Systems Engineering, Solution Management, Business Transformation, Identity Management, Service Oriented Architecture, ERP Blueprinting and Information Management.
